Design Gaps fills the void between the Architect or Home Planner you hire to design your home or remodeling project and the interior designer selecting the finishes. This is where we come in to fill the Design Gaps. Client receives a set of plans and construction documents specifically tailored to their needs and product specific with the layouts, details, and schedules incorporated into their plans so they may hand it to their builder with confidence. In addition, the bill of materials will allow the client to establish realistic allowances for their project. The products may be furnished by others or supplied and project managed by Design Gaps, Inc. with a guaranteed low package pricing program. For those remodeling we are able to provide “as built” CAD drawings and plans of their existing home to begin the design process. All of this will allow the client to easily compare bids from the builders or suppliers on an equal basis and eliminate rework or costly change orders due to lack of the necessary details.
